Hunza Valley Pakistan
Hunza valley contains the velvet-like green carpets of wheat field and full of beautiful Poplar trees that are set against snow-covered mountains at the background. The people of Hunza are the followers of His Highness the Aga Khan thus known as “Ismaili Muslims.” Language used by local people is “Brushuski.” This adorable valley is situated at an elevation of 2438 meters.
Tourist can visit Hunza valley throughout the year but the best season for this activity is from April to October.

The capital of Hunza is known as “Karimabad.” This place offers you an eye-catching view of Rakaposhi, the snows of which shine in the moonlight. Above Karimabad, the castle of Baltit that is fairytale like, exist.

For hiking, mountaineering and trekking, Hunza valley is an ideal place. Mostly the tourists don’t need any permit to go for trekking because they are in open zone.

Van and bus services operate between Karimabad and Gilgit on regular basis.
