Suzuki GS 150 cc Bike 2012 Model Review, Wallpapers & Price in Pakistan

Suzuki GS150 Motorcycle Review
Suzuki GS150 is unique and impressive heavy bike in local Pakistani Auto market. There is no competitor of this 150 cc bike in auto market. The best thing about Suzuki GS150 is its competitive price. Suzuki GS150 is really king of the road and symbol of quality as its official tagline suggests.
Suzuki GS 150 Bike Engine, Mileage & Performance
Suzuki GS 150 comes with powerful 150 cc ,4 stroke, air cooled, OHC engine. Both starting options available i.e. electric and kick. 5 speed constant mesh transmission systems provide top acceleration and speed to this bike. Suzuki GS150 mileage is not impressive due to its heavy engine and total fuel tank capacity is 12 liter.

Suzuki GS 150 Motorcycle Appearance, Design, & Colours
Available in black and red colours Suzuki GS150 really has aggressive and stunning design. Although there is almost zero competition in 150 cc bike segment in Pakistan auto market but still Suzuki GS150 is competitive bike. Large round shape headlight and stylish fuel tank give it looks of modern heavy bike. Attractive Japanese style silencer and stylish back view mirrors make it more appealing.
Suzuki GS150 Bike 2011 Safety, Comfort Features, Handling & Control
Latest telescopic front suspension system and drum brakes ensure safety and control. New Suzuki GS 150 has comfortable seat which is not only wide but with grip bar for back seater. Modern engine and other features provide excellent handling and control to the rider and this bike is especially useful for long journeys.
Overall if you are looking for reliable heavy bike in very competitive price Suzuki GS 150 should be your first priority. My advice to my readers is that try this one and you will forget the celebrity Honda 125.

I have GS-150 Model 2008. I woud like to share concerns since begining regarding suzuki GS-150,, Distance of its front weel from frame is to short and when u take breaks in emergency or with passenger with you its mud flap oftenly touchs with farme and a little moment handle stucked up its a dangrous sign, i wear off my mud flap of front mudgard due to this problem in result all mud came on engine and feet also its bearable than get possible falen or accident bcoz of its touches the frame. 2ndly its suspension clearance from road surface is lower than other bikes and clearance of both wheel due to its length like cg etc, so its suspension mostly touchs when u cross higher but little speed breakers or during upward and downward at home’s ramp while cg doesn’t touch, i had kept high its front Jumps with install 2 inchs bush its can be little help with speed breaker and ramp problem but can not further high bcoz of to short cluch cables and central stand problem..
Kindly Light on afore said problem, are these not designing fault in Suzuki GS-150..?

    • @Asad Shah
thank you very much for sharing your valuable experience with us

I have been review almost all comments on GS-150. Have taken a lot of feedback, I feel that this particular problem, was in your bike only. None of the users had such problem of touching the frame. Clearance is around 160 or 150 mm which is above others.

I too am, planning to buy a motorcycle for long term basis, but am very much confused. I like GS-150 and even put the money in pocket to get it, but after going through all the comments, I got confused. Still confused. Hondas have great resale but I have been seeing them since the 80′s when Japanese 125 was for 16000 and local was for 12000. Last option, is CD-70. The 80′s era had a lot of competition giving us Hondas, Suzukis, Kawasakis, Yamahas and other brands. Now we have Hondas with Chinese brands. Only to compete with Suzuki. Vespa vanished. Just a blind question. Why do Qinqhis use Suzukis keeping in view the resale and prices? Both are almost +-.?

  6. please tell me gs 150 top speed and petrol averge

    • Unfortunately we dont have much choice in pakistan when it come to motorcycles.

I have purchased Suzuki GS150 last week as my first bike so naturally I am thrilled with it!

So far everything is going great, beautiful motorcycle, very easy to ride (as I have only ridden Honda cg 125 for learning).

With low running costs, modest but useful urban performance and funky retro looks this bike can meet your exceptions. The riding position of the bike is upright and comfortable, you could sit on it all day. Its really really cheap on fuel I’ve clocked over 290km on a full tank and still didn’t need to go to reserve.

Its a great bike for learning how to ride. It is a lot of fun and cruises nicely. the handlebars giving great confidence to lean over and to counter-steer

I’ve got it up to 110 kph, but I had to drop it down a gear from fifth coz it’s a small motorcycle with no wind protection, it’s hell when you get on the open road, especially in the windy areas where I am learning (karachi beach) and overall bike braking system is horrible as well. so avoid speeding. Keep in mind this is not a sports bike.

These bikes are the ‘classics’ of tomorrow, so if you have one, hang onto it :)

thanks for sharing your thoughts with us

i have a suzuki 150 2005 ,since then i have changed around 5 cdi in it which is very costly, please tell me a way out because it just gets faulty after every 10 months???

      • Riaz Ahmad Malik says:

Do you still have it? Whats your feedback? Is this bike worth buying? Your average for 290 km is not much. For a full tank of 12 liters, it should give you at least 500 Kms @ 42 Km/lit. For 40 Km/liter it got to give around 480 km. Still down, at least 430-450 should be there otherwise its a gas guzzler and replacing it with a car is equivalent.
I need to move in the city where traffic conditions are not economical for car. I need a bike for evergreen reasons. Well, for resale, we have to compromise for Suzuki comparing with Hondas. Either we take comfort and pride, or have the resale.

        What should I pick?

How was your experience maintenance wise? Can it be easily handled by intelligent mechanics or you need to go to the Suzuki center always? Parts pricing? Is is expensive? Many told me it was fine.

Did you get your bike from Suzuki showroom or from a dealer? What is the difference? Dealers offer 4000 less than the showroom price which is discounted at 500 only. Not over 500.

You advice is highly appreciated, as it will help ease my decision.

        Thank you.

  8. 150 is better but 125 honda is better

  9. hi Guys
Honda 125 2003 was my first Motorcycle i purchased it becoz of its Sound. At that time i did’nt know much about bikes but after 3 or 4 years i noticed that Honda 125 is not good in suspension One day my cousin came with his Suzuki 250 Gsr i’ve noticed that Suzuki is more comfortable than Honda. Now i’ve got the Latest Model of Suzuki Gs 150. Damn the bike is awesome now Suzuki also installed Euro 2 system in it and Change of Fuel tank design makes the bike more beautiful. Qamar Bhai Says that the Distance from front wheel and Frame is too short. Qamar bhai Suzuki 150 got Adjustable shock system if you noticed you need a good mechanic Inshallah you’r problem will be solved im enjoying my ride. The new model’s fuel system is much better than before becoz of Euro 2 technology. If any one intrested to see new model of the bike i’ve uploaded some pics on Fb here is the link https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.3623161423210.46309492.1399211697&type=3
